What kinds of problems have you been having?

There is no "secret" to keeping healthy snails really. Just make sure the ammonia and nitrite are at 0ppm, the nitrate is relatively low (under 30ppm, but the lower the better), that there are no fish that will try to dine on them, and that they have a steady food source if they are large snails like mystery or apple snails (don't just count on the algae in the tank and food fish miss to feed them...feed them directly). Also, take your time acclimating them, just like you would with fish. Too many people just toss them in thinking they are tough, but they need their water brought up to temperature and mixed slowly with tank water before they are released into the tank.
