I just bought this light and all it says is that it's 15 Watts and it's twin tubed. At anyrate doesn't give k reading or anything, it has a purplish hue to it which makes my tank look really cool Just wondering as far as plants are concerned.

It should be decent for plants...not great, but you have low light plants anyway don't you?

It may start to die back after flowering a few times...aponogetons need a rest period outside the tank if they are to live ling term. Otherwise you can just let them die in the tank and dig up the bulb when it happens. Here's something to read on them. http://www.thekrib.com/Plants/Plants/apons-randall.html

Cool link Hailey thank you. Mine's already flowered twice and it's in a planter with soil and then covered with gravel so the dirt doesn't get out. I have the top and roots are exposed. And also just by chance I do have it right under my filter's flow . It says they need Iron right now it's the only plant in their, how would I supplement this?

I wouldn't try to supplement iron in a low light tank. It can build up because it isn't used much, and it can be toxic. You could plant it in an iron-rich substrate like flourite or laterite...that should be enough.
