I have a 12 gallon freshwater/saltwater aquarium kit that includes a strong filter, a powerful flourescent light, and is an acrylic bowfront. I have three types of fish that I would want to stock it with: an Oceallaris Clownfish, a Pajama Cardinalfish, and a Chalk Basslet. I wanted to know if I could do one, two, or three of those fish. Also I was wondering if I could set up a Reef System in there, and if you could suggest a good coral web site or some nice corals. And would a Banded Coral Shrimp be a good cleaner by itself or should I also get a starfish or something like that? Thanks in advance.

You could choose one of those fish (I suggest the clownfish). I would certainly not stock it with more than one fish, and if you want to make it a reef, I would keep it invertebrate only (carefully selected ones, as many are too big, such as most starfish). I feel like I have said all this to you before though so forgive me if I am repeating myself.
Oh, and if you make it a reef, I would keep it soft corals only at least to start. The aggression of LPS can be a big issue in such a small tank, and SPS require extremely pristine water, which can be difficult for the most seasoned reef aquarist to maintain in a nano tank. Make sure you run lots of carbon and do frequent water changes though, to manage the chemical warfare of the soft corals.

Thanks for the information. I was going to do a 30 gallon but I ended up getting this tank as a present before I got that one started. Could I do like two Clownfish, because I have heard of people who had just two clowns in a 10 gallon?

Not a good idea. If it isn't a reef (read: no invertebrates, even motile ones like shrimp) and the clownfish are an already bonded pair, it may work, but I would still consider it very risky. If you add any invertebrates, no way.
