Wal-mart, Mckee's, and Petco are the only places that sell fish, nearby. We also need an aquarium society here or at least nearby. The Tetra society or something. You know? Of course, the more I talk to people about my fish, the more I find people I find into the hobby. Where are you from?

RE: Hey, from Idaho!

Hey, welcome! I wish there was a fish club out here for freshwater enthusiasts. I met someone at a rennaissance reenactment that had planned on starting a club out here, but got divorced before it got off the ground. She had been a member of several national clubs at the time, and was a breeder of bushynose plecos. Great not to be alone in my new state!

RE: Hey, from Idaho!

Hello,

I'm also from Idaho.

MOA

RE: Hey, from Idaho!

Thanks everybody! Ya gotta quarantine fish sometimes, and a ten gallon is better than nothing!

Hey, from Idaho!

Hi! I got so excited about talking to other fish heads that I didn't even bother saying hi, first. I have two 29 gallon planted tanks(all the plants I got from Petco, so I'm not exactly an expert on the planted tank)with 2 paleatus cories, 1 aenus cory, 1 schartzmans cory(I think), 3 neon tetras, 6 Harlequin Rasboras, 4 adult neon swordtails(and various fry), 1 gold Gourami, 3 otocinclus spp., and too many ghost shrimp to find, and count in one tank. The other has 1 Gold Gourami(I had to separate the two I bought), 4 black neon tetras, 6 Starfire red Glofish, 3 otocinclus spp., a few ghost shrimp(transferred from the other 29), 4 adult cherry barbs, barbus titteya, and about 10 cherry barb fry. I've been in the hobby since I was a little boy, and am now coming back into it after a few years, and being on the ignorant end of the saltwater hobby.
