To do that you will probably need to do water changes in between doses. Now all the fish in my tank have ick (I only had two other fish).  One of the platys I bought had 12 babys yesterday.  They are in a small tank inside of the big tank.  Will the ick kill them?  A day before the platy had the babys I treated the tank to get rid of the ick.  The fish are looking better but I think I am going to need to treat the tank again tomorrow.
