When you click the "Post Reply" button, you will see two lines of word processing icons and formatting tools.  On the top line, in the middle, is a little icon that looks like two mountain peaks with a small sun .  If you click that Icon, you will get a pop-up box to upload your image from your computer.  Use the Browse button to go to the folder (in your computer) where you have your aquarium images.  Your pop-up blocker may block this pop-up and you'll have to instruct it to allow the pop-up.  You would want to put your text before this... or after.. depending on how you want the image to appear in your post.

Another other way is if you have your images hosted on another site like Photobucket.com or Webshots.com, then you would use the and (space added so the IFCode Shortcut would actually show up) and then put the address between the IFCode Image Shortcuts.
