Yesterday I took everything out of my tank to clean it and I didn't see my bamboo shrimp anywhere. I guessing he died and got eaten. Should I get another one ?

They're good hiders and will do anything to remain hidden when molting so it may not be dead. What exactly did you take out to clean, and was there anything left in the tank at all (even heaters or filter intakes)?

I took everything out but the gavel and filter. I have that thing in my tank and it has holes in the bottom could him have gotten in there? But I took it out for a long time.

It definitely could have gotten in there, and if it stayed damp inside it may have survived.
Why are you removing everything from the tank to clean it anyway? That should not be necessary.

You don't need to remove everything to clean out the tank unless something is really wrong.
