I have tried most red slime removers. Including scrubbing my live rock and cleaning the tank before use. It comes back after 1 month after treatment. It's driving me nuts. I would appreciate all suggestions.

"Red Slime" isn't actually algae, it's a bacteria. However, the way to get rid of it is the same as ridding yourself of algae: nutrient control and water motion.
Follow these steps and I guarantee you you'll be rid of it in a few weeks if not less:
- Perform more/larger water changes
Change at least 25% every week with nitrate/phosphate free water
- Increase water motion
This is especially important with red slime. Make sure your water motion is as random and turbulent as possible
- Use phosphate absorbing media
Seachem makes a good one, or you can use the ferrous compounds
Good luck!

| You know even watching the amount and the kinds of food you feed you fish helps. I cut back on the amount of frozen food and went with more freeze dried foods that helped. And I bought a Reverse Osmosis unit to help also. I bought this one at a good price http://www.freedrinkingwater.com/ro-counter-detail.htm
