Sometimes when I sign on to Fish Channel, and look at other peoples profiles, I see that they have not been online in a couple of days, and their fish tanks are getting kind of nasty. I think it would be a good idea if there was a button that I could push to clean someone else's fish tank. That way, if there is some good reason they have not been able to connect to Fish Channel for several days, they wouldn't have to come back to a tank full of dead fish. There could be some small points attached to this (I don't know, 25?), or we could just be able to do it for goodwill. I was visiting someone and they haven't been online for 2 days, and their tank is getting cloudy. I was thinking that while I was there, couldn't I just clean the tank for them? And yes, if I visited someone (in real life) and their tank needed cleaning, I would help them do it. What to other Fish Channel folks think?

| Hi Ken, I really like your idea. I'm going to go ahead and mention this to the FishChannel team. It seems like something that could very likely happen, it just might take some time. Thanks,
F.M.

I like that idea. I went away to camp last summer and my eQuarium was a mess of virtual pea-soup. If it was attached to users' buddy lists (only buddies can clean your eQuarium) then that would encourage people to connect with other users and also stop people from collecting a fortune in points (if there was a reward). Also rules, say the user has to have been offline for a certain amount of time before other people can touch the tank.

| OK, that's a new one on me. Phishgirl said, "If it was attached to users' buddy lists (only buddies can clean your eQuarium)..." but I didn't know that you could have buddy lists on Fish Channel. Have I been missing this? How does one do that? Gee, do I live under a rock??

At the moment a "buddy" option isn't available but it is definitely in the works for future updates.
