The company is horrible. Their staff is also very rude and demeaning.
I bought a light fixture from them and they did not tell me that they failed to process my credit card for 2 WEEKS!! When I called, they yelled at me and hung up on me without ever offering to help with the situation. Then I asked for a refund and they refused to answer my emails or calls for over a week until I had to report them to my bank!
Trust me, buy from some where else!!

Aqua Traders in San Bruno, CA ? If this is the one I've had a bad experience there myself to long ago. There still in business? There fish and products seem to be low quality anyway. SORRY MAN

What was your bad experience? I've never had a bad pet store experience, except when the people at Pet Supplies Plus manhandled my birds. Oh, and this petsmart lady was netting this lady's fish, and she had gotten the fish out of the tank, and she started talking on her cell. The poor fish was flopping around in the net (out of water!) and the owner looked horrified. but the chain is good, just that lady was an idiot.
