| I know the Brittish do this, keep sturgeon in ponds, and I was wondering where I could get some native US species for stocking. If regulations are too tight, I would consider stocking Eurasian species. Any help appreciated.

I'm pretty sure you can keep certain sturgeon species in aquaria in the US, so if the pond is deep enough and on your property I say go for it. if sturgeon arent an option, id definitely still put somethig big and cool in there.
