This 29 has been up and running for some time... I had a snail or two here... A snail or two their... Now my aquarium is under attack... Now i have 2 different kinds of snails in my aquarium... Where did they come from and how do I get rid of them????
I haven't put any plants in the tank for months... What Can I do... This is insane!!!

You could get something that eats snails like an assassin snail or a loach or you can hand pick them out when you see them and destroy their eggs whenever you notice and hope that works.

Lets say I do get an Assassin Snail... It wont lay eggs and then give me MORE SNAILS

No, I believe they can't breed in normal tank conditions.

assassin snails are much more controllable, and dont become pests.. theyll eat other snails and scavenge when they run out of prey.

| Recommend assassin snails. Had the same problem and now just have assassin snails. Easy fix.

Hey guys thanks for thelp on this matter... I bought 6 Assassin Snails 2 weeks ago and WOW! The work they have done already is unbelievable ... I'll have to think twice before I use the term snails pace... That tank was just infested with snails... Now I hardly see any... In a few more weeks Ill take 2 of them out and put in my other tanks... that are showing signs of snail issues

FYI when youre done using them theyll scavenge as well. so, you can still keep them for fun.

Yep! Thats the plan... they are a good looking snail too... Mine arent that big... Any ideahow big they get... I wouldnt mine them if they got bigger ...
