Will zebra danios eat ghost shrimp? I am thinking they aren't that much larger and I hope they won't but if anyone knows for sure, that would be great. =)

The problem with Shrimp is when they molt they become targets due to not having a hard shell for a few hrs. It's at this time that they turn into snacks. If you provide areas(caves) where the fish can't get at the shrimp, you may have better success.

Thanks. I believe the large piece of wood  in my tank has many little caves along the bottom for dozens of hidy holes. Plus plants and rock. I will try a few and see if I can keep them around. I love the ghost shrimp and really want to maintain them if possible.

if the shrimp is smart and doesn't want to become lunch it will use the hiding spots and be discreet, if not, by by shrimpy. almost all fish will go after a small or baby shrimp I had some ghost shrimp and they hid for a while until they got big enough not to be eaten and then come out more. like with my colony of cherries, you don't see the small ones swimming in the water column.
