Hey Steven Noble, and the rest of the gang.  Just wanted to get on here and apologize for not having been on sooner, but it seems my cancer decided to go to stage 4, and has now spread not just in my right lung, but to my lower and middle portion of my spine.  Causing extreme pain, and has made it with me having to be hospitalized for pain management.  It now seems to be under control for the time being, so I hope to be chatting again with everyone soon.

Ross

My mind always tells me I'm young.......yet every morning when I get out of bed.......my body proves I'm very very old!

Sorry to read of your diagnosis. I feel for you and want to ask you about your pain therapy. My dad and both my mom and dad-in-law were treated for lung cancer. The one thing I do know is that if you are in so  much pain you need a Fenanyl Patch, they take a few weeks to work. I am sorry and hope all the best!

Hey Ross glad to hear you are feeling better. I really applaud your eagerness to take the time to be with us. I kind of know what you are going through, my father(in-law) passed away with the same cancer.

Hey Ross,
I was thinking about you but didn’t want to send out another, “Has anyone heard from Ross” post fearing I would be bugging you. Wow. I am sure you have the entire forum pulling for you during this difficult time. The Hollies sang, “He ain’t heavy he’s my brother” and I betcha you will find comfort from your friends here on fishchannel when you need a boost. Glad to hear from you and remember, from one old ’rocker’ to another, it’s all in the mix!

Sorry to hear of your health issues, however, I'm glad you are feeling better and am praying for you.

I too, was wondering what had happened to you, but figured RL had snagged you. I'm looking forward to hearing how your tank is doing and possibly seeing some pics of your Discus.
