Are you asking about fish with a lung-like labyrinth organ such as the Betta and Dwarf Gourami that allows them to take oxygen directly from above the water’s surface? Check out anabantoids on this site if this is what you are looking for. Or are you asking about fish that live most of their lives out of water like the Mudskipper? Mudskippers live nearly 90% of their lives on land but they are true fish.
